Some topics may require visits in several seasons to fully develop skills and understanding.  Consultations are appropriate for personal, small market, demonstration, and community gardens. For a small personal garden or yard, allow about 15 to 20 minutes per topic you wish to cover.  For each additional participant add five minutes per topic, to allow for questions and discussion.  For larger properties add 15 minutes, for each topic, per each half acre.  Topics can also be developed into classes or workshops for groups and organizations.
